Razor is a mad-scientist who had a habit of fucking Grimm when he got mad, that was until he met Mikoru.

Akira is a half-breed who was sentenced to death; considered an abomination by both beings [Human and Vampire], but on the day he was sentenced to be killed.. in a panic he killed many and fled; went into hiding in the human world.

Grimm was created by Razor and injected with Suspended animation [I will explain a lot of this in his biography]. Razor uses him as a fuck toy and treats him like a dog; using him for experiments, until he meets Omen.
